Here's how to add an account to your wealth aggregator, illustrated step by step.
Whether it's a bank account, a brokerage account, a property or any other asset, adding it to your Privanext wealth aggregator only takes a minute. Every screenshot below is clickable — click any of them to enlarge it.
Make sure you're signed in to your Privanext account, then go to the "Your Wealth" page. At the top, you'll find two summary cards — Assets and Liabilities — along with three buttons: "+ Account", "Assets / Liabilities" and "Export". Click "+ Account" to start tracking a new asset.
A window titled "Add a new Portfolio" opens. Enter a name for the account in the required "Name" field — for example the name of the bank, broker or asset you're adding. Then, under "Tags", select the category that best describes it:
Cash Real estate Medium-term savings Long-term savings Alternative investments
This tag helps Privanext classify the account correctly across your overall wealth breakdown. Once you're done, click "Submit".
Back on the "Your Wealth" page, your new account now shows up in the "Portfolios" table, alongside its weight, quantity and value change — shown as "--" until you add holdings or a balance. Click its name at any time to open it and fill in the details, or use the trash icon on the right to remove it.
Repeat these steps for every account you want to track — bank accounts, brokerage, real estate, and more — to get a complete, consolidated view of your wealth in one place.
